On May 1, 2019, David Barry presented a continuing legal education (CLE) seminar on trial techniques at the Nassau County Bar Association to a number of personal injury lawyers and Supreme Court Justices.
Specifically, David lectured on how to properly prepare for and conduct cross-examinations at trial, including investigative techniques, legal limitations on what questions can be asked of witnesses, relevant recent cases and the overarching theme that should guide all litigators: what is the best approach for your particular client’s case?
This coming June, David will be appointed as the Vice-Chair of the Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Committee at the Nassau County Bar Association, the David Barry lectures fellow personal injury attorneys on trial techniques
