Tama Beth Kudman is a nationally known federal criminal defense attorney who serves as Of Counsel to our firm. Tama is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York (as well as New Jersey) and concentrates her practice in the areas of federal and white collar criminal defense, state criminal defense, appeals and internal corporate investigations. She brings more than 20 years of experience in federal criminal defense to help clients being investigated or prosecuted for a wide variety of charges.

Her experience in investigations involving medical fraud and health care crimes makes her a valuable asset to our firm on both New York and Florida criminal cases. With Florida offices in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, she is a widely respected lawyer in the South Florida courts and provides our clients with experienced, “on the ground” local counsel in South Florida criminal matters. In addition, she has extensive experience defending individuals accused of drug-related offenses in both state and federal court, and provides sage legal counsel in federal drug and narcotics cases.
