Prior to joining the firm, Amanda Vitale served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office where she handled hundreds of criminal cases, from arraignment to trial, and handled numerous pre-trial hearings. Amanda has experience handling both misdemeanors and felonies, varying from DWIs, Assaults, Drug Possession and Sale, larceny, harassment, criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing, rape, burglary, and has assisted on a Homicide trial team. Since joining our firm, Amanda has assisted in defending various types of criminal cases on both the State and Federal level, including drug, fraud, and conspiracy charges. Outside of criminal law, Amanda also handles family court matters ranging from orders of protection to custody and visitation modifications.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Amanda spent years as a licensed bail bond agent, posting bail bonds in various counties across New York State.
