Prior to joining the firm, Amanda Vitale served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office where she handled hundreds of criminal cases, from arraignment to trial, and handled numerous pre-trial hearings. Amanda has experience handling both misdemeanors and felonies, varying from DWIs, Assaults, Drug Possession and Sale, larceny, harassment, criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing, rape, burglary, and has assisted on a Homicide trial team. Additionally, Amanda has assisted in handling numerous federal criminal cases and federal trials. Outside of criminal law, Amanda also handles family court orders of protection.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Amanda spent years as a licensed bail bond agent, posting bail bonds in various counties across New York State.
